充气太空结构及其展开模拟研究

摘    要:充气太空结构是以柔性薄膜材料制造的可充气展开的一种新型太空结构.与传统太空结构相比,应用充气结构技术的太空结构不仅更大,而且具有发射体积小、重量轻、造价低的特点.介绍了相关的研究进展和应用前景,总结了涉及充气太空结构的主要关键技术,并利用多体理论模型对充气太空管的展开过程进行了初步模拟,得到了展开过程中的展开速度和加速度随时间的变化关系.通过与已发表的试验结果进行对比。验证了模拟的有效性.

Abstract:Inflatable space structures, which are made of flexible membrane materials that can be inflated in space, offer many benefits over conventional space structures because they are low in mass and can be packaged into small volumes, which reduce launch vehicle size and cost remarkably. Presents a brief overview of inflatable space structures with an emphasis on their recent development and application. Some key technologies relate to this kind of structure are introduced. By using multi-body theory, deployment simulation of an inflatable space tube is presented; the relations of deployment time with deployment velocities and deployment accelerations of the tube are obtained. Simulation results are verified by the reported testing results.
