| 摘 要： | 利用模糊逻辑用于优化装配序列生成的方法,在讨论装配序列评价特点的基础上,分析了影响装配序列产生的6个重要因素;根据模糊集理论建立了这些因素的隶属度函数,建立了评价装配序列“易于装配”的综合标准,给出了评价指标规范化计算方法。通过对满足优先约束集的零件,产生当前可分解零件集,根据“易于装配”综合标准判优进行逐层分解,产生优化装配序列。最后应用飞机发动机装配实例验证该装配序列规划方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Fuzzy Logic is utilized to plan the optimal assembly sequence. From the analysis of the features of assembly sequence evaluation, six factors having influences on generation of assembly sequence are given and membership functions of these factors are established. Then "easy-assembly" criterion and the algorithm of generating assembly sequence are presented. The proposed method is illustrated by an example of assembly sequence planning of an aero engine. |
