投影寻踪分类模型在工程评标中的应用

摘    要:从商务评议、技术评议、标书合格性3方面建立了工程评标评价指标体系,运用投影寻踪分类评价模型,把高维数据转换到低维子空间,同时用实码加速遗传算法来优化投影指标函数和模型参数,获得了指标体系最佳投影方向和投影值,揭示了高维数据的结构特征,并由此做出正确判断.该模型简单、高效、可行,最大限度地避免了模糊综合评判等评标方法中权重的人为干扰。

Abstract:A appraisal bid index system is constructed by taking business affairs comments, technology comments , the eligibility of bidding-book into consideration. Through applying PPC based on RAGA in appraisal bid of engineering project, the multi-dimension data are easily changed into low dimension space and its structure can be indicated based on RAGA, then the optimum projection direction and the value of project function can be obtained. The PPC model can avoid jamming of weight matrix in the method of fuzzy synthesize judgment, the model is concise, effective, feasible.
