铁锰离子对硝化反应的影响效应研究

摘    要:为提高氨氮废水硝化反应速率通过对比试验,考察了铁锰离子对高质量浓度氨氮废水硝化反应的影响。结果表明,铁离子对硝化反应的促进作用是质量浓度型的,中低质量浓度时有明显促进作用,5-20mg/L时促进效果好;高质量浓度时促进作用下降,但直至80mg/L也未见有抑制作用。锰离子对硝化反应的作用呈时间-质量浓度积累效应,即作用时间短或低剂量时,对硝化反应有促进作用,而随着时间延长或质量浓度增加则有抑制作用;其最佳促进质量浓度和时间分别为5mg/L和24h,而毒性下限是40mg/L和48h。铁锰离子共存时,铁阻止了硝化菌利用锰离子,一定程度上减弱其对微生物的毒性。

Abstract:Experiments on effect of nitrification were conducted by treating high strength ammonia wastewater with ferrous and manganese ion. Concentration was found to be an important factor in ferrous effect on nitrification. Stimulating effect appeared apparently at low concentration but decreased when concentration increased. The ferrous ion at 5-20 mg/L had the maximum stimulating effect and up to 80 mg/L led to no inhibition. The time and concentration response of nitrification to manganese ion were obviously an accumulative mode of action. A short reaction time or low dosage resulted in stimulating effect while prolonged reaction time or raised dosage reversed the effect to an inhibiting effect. The best dosage and time of manganese ion was 5 mg/L and 24h respectively and the minimum toxicity limit was 40 mg/L after 48h. While coexisting with manganese ion, ferrous ion could prohibit the utilization of manganese ion by nitrobacteria and weaken its toxicity on organism.
