地源热泵的技术经济性评价

摘    要:针对地源热泵钻井费昂贵、初投资比普通供暖有空调高的问题,利用经济评价方法,以哈尔滨地区供暖面积10000m^2为计算对象,分析比较了地源热泵3种驱动源(电动机、燃气机、柴油机)、3种辅助热源(电锅炉、油锅炉、燃气锅炉)、共计9种系统组合的经济参数(初投资、年经营成本、年总成本、净现值,净现值率及投资回收期),分析计算得出燃气机驱动、190kW辅助燃气锅炉的地源热泵系统为最佳的结论。

Abstract:Considering the very high cost of drilling and the initial capital cost of ground source heat pump (GSHP) is higher than that of conventional heating and air conditioning system, the initial capital costs for 9 different system configurations of GSHP of three driving forces: elector motor, diesel engine and gas turbine and three supplemental heat sources: electric boiler, oil boiler, and gas boiler, are analyzed and compared in terms of initial capital, annual operating cost, annual total cost, net present value, net present value ratio and static recovery period for heating area 10,000 m 2 in Harbin, and it is concluded that gas engine driving GSHP with 190kW supplemental gas boiler is the best system.
