摘    要:膜污染控制是影响膜生物反应器技术发展的关键,而凝胶层形成是膜污染的主要因素.对膜污染中凝胶层的形成机理研究认为,凝胶层的形成与污水中有机物质和膜材料相互作用、浓差极化、生物污染及膜孔堵塞等因素有关;有机物首先在膜表面吸附,接着在膜面浓差极化、生物污染及膜孔堵塞影响的共同作用下,凝胶层迅速增厚,最终导致膜的严重污染.

Abstract:The mechanism of gel layer forming during membrane fouling is studied,and it is considered that gel layer forming is relative with interaction between organic material and membrane material,concentration polarization,microbe pollution and membrane pore blocking;The gel layer is formed starting from the adsorption of organic material on the surface of membrane;then the gel layer becomes thicker quickly because of the resistance of concentration polarization,microbe pollution and membrane pore blocking,and it leads to the heavy fouling of membrane.
