| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new type of large-scale super-precision measuring instrument-High precision 7m laser measuring instrument developed by the authors and its basic principle and deeply analysises its error compensation techniques that improve the accuracy of measuring instrument. Actual verification shows that all of the compensation measures have reached original design specifications. |
