| Abstract: | As an ideal micro displacement actuator, piezoelectric and electrostrictive elements are in wide use in many fields, but their further application is restricted because of its shortages such as hysteresis, creep and non linearity. Through the analysis of the polarization mechanism of piezoelectric and electrostrictive elements, a new normalization model was proposed, analysis and experiments are run with the model, and the linearity of voltage displacement curve is analyzed as well. |
