| Abstract: | The new method proposed herc will subsitute for the traditional means of hanging weight in rigidity measurement of precision elastic elements. This system which utilizes a single chip processor as the control unit and the precision force and submicron displacement transducers as the measuring elements, has performed effectively the automatic measuring process from data collection to rigidity computation. Accordingly a series of measuring instrurments have been made and successfully applied to production process. Application results shows that this new measuring method is superior to the traditional means both in technique and in economy. |
