摘    要:以活性炭(AC)为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2/AC复合型催化剂.利用SEM,TG-DTA,XRD,等手段对其组成、结构、尺寸等进行分析和表征,结果表明,该复合材料由碳、钛、氧等3种元素组成,其中TiO2纳米粒子尺寸在2O-50nm之间,比本体TiO2纳米粒子尺寸小;在该纳米复合材料中,活性炭作为载体与TiO2结合牢固,存在着某种化学键,TiO2纳米颗粒间不发生团聚,并且活性炭载体的比表面积变化不大.

Abstract:Titanium dioxide-coated active cabon was prepared via sol-gel method by a carrier of active carbon,The as-prepared composites were characterized with regard to their components,structure,size by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),differential themal analyzer(TG-GTA) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that TiO_2/AC composites are mainly composed of C,O and Ti elements.The average nanometer size of TiO_2grains of composites is about 20_-50nm,which is smaller than that of TiO_2 grains.The chemical bond lies both active carbon and TiO_2,which are tight joint.surface area of active carbon,by which TiO_2 grains are not reunited,is slightly changed.
