| 摘 要： | 金属基复合材料的发展极为迅速，应用越来越广泛，但是，金属基复合材料的塑性差，成形困难，成形性能的相关研究较少，阻碍了其实际应用。为此，综述了金属基复合材料的压缩变形、热挤压变形、高温超塑性变形的实验研究现状以及金属基复合材料的成开有机理、相关有限元分析的理论研究新成果，提出了金属基复合材料产业化所面临的问题，同时展望了金属基合材料成形加工的未来发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Metal matrix composites is a kind of rapidly developing and widely used ma terials,although some immanent problems,such as poor plasticity,difficulty of processing and lack of relevant research es are cumbering it's applications .To take advantage of the new material perfectly,some newly developed techniqu es and research findings in the field of forming of metal matrix composites,suc h as compression,hot extrusion,superplasticity forming,correlative forming me chanisms and finite element analysis,are reviewed in this paper.The main prob lems limiting the industrialization of metal matrix composites are discussed an d the trends of forming of metal matrix composites are indicated. |
