摘    要:研究了铜铝合金内氧化的热力学和动力学,实验研究了不同成分w(Al)为0.2%-1.2%铜铝合金在800-1000℃的内氧化过程。在实验的基础上,提出了氧化层厚度的动力学模型。

Abstract:The thermodynamics and dynamics of the internal oxidation in copper aluminum alloy were investigated. The internal oxidation of copper alloy containing between 0. 2 and 1. 2 mass Pct was studied in the temperature range from 1073 to 1273K. A mathematical model of oxidation layer depth was developed on the basis of the experiments above. The experiments and analyses show that the internal oxidation is affected mainly by the diffusion coefficient of oxygen in Cu base, the surface concentration of oxygen and the aluminum concentration in the alloy.
