| Abstract: | The processes and characteristics of strengthening aluminium alloy surfaces by laser, including laser surface alloying, laser surface remelting and laser surface cladding are described, and the hardness, wear properties and corrosion behavior of laser treated layers are analyzed, and the recent development in this field are also summarized. |
