摘    要:对(M+B)复相组织的GCr15钢205型滚动轴承进行了台架500h的接触疲劳化试验,用SEM观察分析了轴承内外圈滚道纵横截面接触疲劳表面层深组织变化及亚表面也洞的变化相剥落,探讨了亚表面孔洞形成机理及影响因素。

Abstract:hrs contact fatigue tests for GCr15 steel 205 rolling bearings were carried out where the bearing has a dual-phase structure (M+BL).The microstructure along surface layer and subsurface cavities in both longitudinal and lateral section in roller bed of inner and outer bearing rings were observed in SEM. Finally, the formation mechanism of subsurface cavities and the affecting factors were studied.
