溶胶-凝胶法纳米二氧化硅原位改性研究

摘    要:研究了原位改性对溶胶凝胶法制备的纳米二氧化硅的特性和应用性能的影响,结果表明原位改性改善了纳米二氧化硅的分散性,使纳米二氧化硅的粒径减小,分布更加均匀,外观形貌发生变化,但并不改变纳米二氧化硅的晶体结构和体相成分.其改性机理是纳米二氧化硅表面的物理吸附水和硅羟基被硅烷偶联剂的有机成分所代替.当硅烷偶联剂的用量适当时,制备的纳米二氧化硅在阴极电泳漆中具有良好的应用性能.

Abstract:The influences of in situ modification for properties and application of nano silicon dioxide prepared by sol-gel technology were studied. It manifested that the dispersity was improved, the sizes was reduced and the morphology was changed but the crystal structure and the composition of volume phase were not changed after nano silicon dioxide was modified in situ. The mechanism of in situ modification is that the physical-absorption water and silicon hydroxyl are substituted by the organic component of silane coupling agent. The cathodic electro-deposition paint manifest good functions after adding appropriate the nano silicon dioxide prepared by the technology.
