纳米Fe3 O4颗粒改性详析

摘    要:详细解析了Fe3O4纳米颗粒的改性条件,并对表面活性剂的用量进行了理论估算,实验确定了表面活性剂的用量。研究结果表明:pH值对改性效果影响明显,酸性或强碱性环境对改性均不利;油酸和硬脂酸按一定比例混合使用,可提高改性效果;IR图谱显示了油酸的羧基发生了漂移,表明油酸与纳米Fe3O4粒子间存在化学键结合。

Abstract:This article discusses the modification process of Fe 3O 4 nanoparticles in details. It was shown that the pH value plays an important role in the modification process and the acid or strong basic environments are unbenificial to the modification process.According to these results, mechanism of modification was described, and estimated theoretically the added dosage of surfactant. The modification quality with can be improved when oleic acid and stearic acid are added together. The size and shape of the prepared nanoparticles were examined by TEM analysis IR spectrum shows that there are chemical bends between surfactant molecule and Fe 3O 4 nanoparticles. This work has established the theoretical base of the modification of Fe 3O 4 nanoparticles.
