摘    要:考察WC的溶解对WC系钢硬质合金GJW50的组织的影响。结果表明,因高温烧结过程中WC的熔解,基体的含碳量明显升高,以致偏聚的WC粒子桥接成粗大的碳物集团。

Abstract:The effect of salving WC on the structure of the steel bonded hard alloy GJW50(50 wt%WC, 0.25 wt%C, 0.50wt%Cr, 0.25 wt%Mo, other Fe) was studied. The results show that the carbon content of the matrix increase obviously since some WC was solved during the high temperature sintering process,so that the aggregated particles of WC were"bridge bonded" and formed coarse carbide group.The martensite at quenched state are all twin type. The remain austenite content and temper stability increase as austenizing temperature rises. Abnormal bainite was observed in the isothermal quenched structures.
