电磁铸造过程中电磁压力与感应热计算

摘    要:本文推惆了电磁铸过程中的磁感应强度表达式,并由此导出了电流强度与铸锭尺寸的关系式,计算的电磁压力与液体金属的静压头基本平衡。此外,推出了求解液柱内感应电流,焦耳热的关系式,计算的铸锭的温升与实测基本吻合。

Abstract:Based on the electromagnetic induction theory,a magnetic induction formula is deduced for the electromagnetic casting (EMC).As a result,it is found that the electric current of EMC is related with ingot size,and the electromagnetic press balances with the static press of liquid metal.Moreover,the relationship between Joule's heat and induction current within liquid columnin also established. A good agreement of temperature change of the simulated ingot between the theory and the experimental is fund.
