To construct more almost perfect binary array pairs and almost perfect punctured binary array pairs,and to expand their scope of application,the complex product,two-dimensional cycle of product and folding transform method were adoped,and by using the known perfect discrete signal,large amounts of optimum signal of almost perfect binary array pairs and almost optimal shielding binary array with new and good characteristics related circulation could be constructed.The two kinds of optimum discrete signal gets rid of the limitation of volume 4t2,so that more examples of the optimum signal can be found.
