    摘要:

    针对圆截面双曲线冷却塔双塔组合展开刚体模型测压风洞试验,研究双塔在不同间距不同来流方向下的表面动静态风压分布情况.通过与单塔刚体模型测压试验结果进行对比,分析双塔组合风压干扰因子和等效风荷载比例系数随塔距及风向角的变化关系.同时,对双塔在几种典型布置形式下的表面动静态风压分布和绕流状态进行了深入的分析.研究发现:即使塔间距L/D≥3,干扰因子仍大于1.2,且干扰效应与来流风向有重要关系.当以阻力系数均值为指标时,双塔布置与当地主导风向夹角宜在0°~40°之间.

    Abstract:

    Simultaneous pressure-measured tests on the rigid models for a group of two adjacent large hyperboloidal cooling towers were conducted in TJ-3 wind tunnel of Tongji University.Mean and fluctuating wind pressures were presented for various tower distances and incoming wind angles.Compared with the result of an isolated tower,interference effects produced on each tower by the other one are illustrated by interference factor and quasi-static wind load coefficient.Test results indicate interference effect can’t be neglected even when L/D≥3 and the optimal wind direction is 0°-40° if evaluated by the mean C D.For tandem and staggered configurations,wind pressure distribution and flow state around the cooling towers are also analyzed.
