    摘要:

    为了研究吸湿量、孔隙率及冲击能量对CFRP层合板冲击后剩余拉伸强度及剩余弯曲强度的影响规律,首先将3种孔隙率CFRP层合板试样置于湿热环境中分别吸湿7、14 d及吸湿至饱和状态,然后在室温环境中对3种孔隙率不同老化程度的CFRP层合板试样分别进行5种能量即3-15J的冲击作用,并测量其冲击后剩余拉伸强度及剩余弯曲强度.试验结果表明:随着冲击能量的提高,CFRP层合板冲击后剩余拉伸强度及剩余弯曲强度均显著下降;冲击能量相同时,孔隙率对CFRP层合板冲击后剩余拉伸强度及剩余弯曲强度的影响并不明显.分析认为层合板受到冲击作用后产生的分层损伤降低了孔隙率对冲击试样剩余强度的影响程度.

    Abstract:

    The influences of porosity, impact energies and moisture contents on the residual tensile strength and bending strength after impact of CFRP laminates are evaluated. CFRP laminates of three porosity levels were immersed in water for 7、 14 days and moisture saturation. Impact tests on the CFRP laminates of three porosity levels with different immersion time were conducted at five impact energy levels of 3-15J at room temperature, followed by the residual tensile test and bending test performed on the specimens. The experimental results show that the residual tensile strength and bending strength after impact decreased significantly with the increasing impact energy. For the same impact energy, no obvious effects of void contents on the residual tensile strength and bending strength after impact were observed. The delamination induced by the impact would reduce the influence of void on the residual strength of the impacted specimens.
