    摘要:

    为提高中频电源的动态性能和鲁棒性能,将鲁棒控制器应用到中频电源控制当中.在建立控制对象数学模型的基础上,把负载和滤波器电感参数作为不确定因素,基于μ分析与综合方法设计了一个鲁棒控制器.仿真和实验结果表明:动态响应速度比采用双环准PR控制器的中频电源提高了一倍,动态过程中电压的波动也降低了将近40%,且鲁棒性能更好.采用鲁棒控制器的中频电源不仅可以实现无静差跟踪和渐进稳定,而且还具有良好的鲁棒性能以及抗负载扰动能力.

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the dynamic and robust performance of the medium frequency power supply, the robust controller is applied to the medium frequency power supply control. Based on the mathematical model of the control object, at the same time, the load and the filter inductance parameters are taken as uncertain factors, a robust controller is designed based on the μ analysis and synthesis method. Simulation and experimental results show that the dynamic response speed is improved by one times than that of the intermediate medium power supply controlled with double loop quasi PR controller, and the fluctuation of voltage in the dynamic process is reduced by nearly 40%. The medium frequency power supply controlled with robust controller not only can achieve the tracking and asymptotic stability, but also has good robust performance and strong anti-interference to the load disturbance.
