Aiming at the current failure in accurate grain purchase data collection and the demand for the guarantee of the national macroeconomic control of grain,this paper studies a management mode for grain purchase data collection based on RFID technology,and establishes a farmer card management system.The systematic structure,functional structure and information flow of the farmer card management system are designed.Oriented to farmers,driven by financial subsidies,tied by farmer card and supported by the operation platform,this system realizes the integrated management of grain circulation information collection,purchase loan supervision,purchase invoice audit,subsidies supervision,quick and safe balance and grain security tracing.
