Abstract:
The integrated hydraulic transformer has a compact structure and no throttling loss in the process of pressure regulation. It is widely used in the common pressure rail hydrostatic transmission system. The integrated hydraulic transformer is realized by designing more than three ports on the distribution plate, and the voltage transformation characteristics of the integrated hydraulic transformer with different port numbers are different. In this paper, the influence of port number on the pressure ratio of integrated hydraulic transformer was studied, and the pressure ratio characteristics of 3-ports, 4-ports, and 5-ports integrated hydraulic transformer were obtained, and an experimental platform was built for experimental verification, which shows that the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results and provides a theoretical basis for the design of integrated hydraulic transformer.

端口数对集成式液压变压器变压比特性影响仿真与实验研究

摘要:集成式液压变压器结构紧凑,压力调节过程没有节流损失,在压力共轨静液传动系统中有着广泛的应用。集成式液压变压器是通过在配流盘上设计3个以上的配流端口实现的,不同端口数的集成式液压变压器的变压特性不同。本文对端口数对集成式液压变压器变压比的影响进行了研究,得到3端口、4端口、5端口集成式液压变压器的变压比特性,并搭建3端口、4端口集成式液压变压器的实验台并进行了实验研究,仿真结果与实验结果相吻合,为集成式液压变压器的设计研究提供了理论依据和实验基础。
