Abstract:
Based on the results of electron probe microanalysis (EPMA) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), the isothermal sections of Zr-Ni-Ge ternary system at 973 K and 1173 K were constructed through alloy sampling approach. It is worth noting that the crystallographic information of the formerly reported τ2(Zr0.98NiGe2.94) was determined, which belongs to the space group Pbcm (No.57). Besides the formerly reported ternary compounds, τ1(Zr6Ni16Ge7), τ2(Zr0.98NiGe2.94), τ3(Zr3Ni4Ge4), τ4(ZrNiGe) and τ5(Zr2Ni0.54Ge0.46), a new ternary phase named τ6 with the composition of Zr39Ni18Ge43 was primarily detected in this work. In addition, an invariant reaction Ni5Ge3+τ4τ1+τ3 between 973 K and 1173 K was deduced.

Zr0.98NiGe2.94的晶体结构与Zr-Ni-Ge体系相平衡关系的实验研究

摘要:本文采用粉末X射线衍射法和平衡合金取样法测定了化合物Zr0.98NiGe2.94的晶体结构以及Zr-Ni-Ge三元体系在973和1173 K下的相平衡关系。根据结构精修的结果,确定了化合物Zr0.98NiGe2.94属于正交晶系,其空间群为Pbcm (No.57)。此外,根据电子探针显微分析(EPMA)和X射线衍射(XRD)的结果,构建了Zr-Ni-Ge三元体系在973和1173 K的等温截面。在该体系中,除了已知化合物τ1(Zr6Ni16Ge7)、τ2(Zr0.98NiGe2.94)、τ3(Zr3Ni4Ge4)、τ4(ZrNiGe)和τ5(Zr2Ni0.54Ge0.46)外,首次发现了一个新的三元化合物τ6,其成分组成接近Zr39Ni18Ge43。同时确定了一个零变量反应Ni5Ge3+τ4τ1+τ3,反应温度在973 K ~ 1173 K之间。
