本文研究了一种单向编织的碳纤维/玻纤增强相,环氧树脂为基体相的滑板复合结构的抗压载性能。同时采用Cuntze的UD材料失效准则对该复合滑板进行五类失效评估。实验结果表明,该复合滑板的抗压最大质量为2吨,主要体现为基体失效,并且以基体拉伸失效为主,而纤维失效则不明显。通过失效准则判定,纤维失效主要集中于加载压头周边第30层小范围区域,并且为拉伸失效,这说明碳纤维的压弯失效层集中于弯曲曲率较大的铺层区域,加载部位的失效集中在底部的二级铺层结构面上。 |

The property of a carbon fiber/glass fiber and epoxy composite layer skids based on Cuntze UD failure criterion |

Abstract: |
It is researched the crush resistance of a skids made by Uni-Directional carbon fiber/glass fiber and epoxy composite structure. And also works on five kinds of failure evaluation by Cuntze’s UD failure criterion. Result shows that the maximum crush resistance is up to 2 tons, which mainly reflected as the matrix failure and the failure gives priority to matrix tensile, while fiber failure is not obvious. According to Cuntze UD failure criterion, fiber failure is concentrate on vicinity area of pressure head with the 30th layer, and the failure type is fiber tensile, which explains bending failure layers concentrated on the area with large bending curvature in numerical analysis, and the failure elements concentrate on the bottom face of the second layer. |
