为了解铌钒微合金钢碳化物析出过程对机械性能的影响,将Nb-V微合金钢在1200℃固溶0.5h后淬火,在500℃回火不同时间,淬火样品的显微硬度最高,随着回火时间延长,显微硬度先快速下降,随后上升,在回火4~10h时出现一个硬度峰,随后又缓慢下降.用三维原子探针(3DAP)研究这些样品中碳化物的析出特征.结果显示,淬火样品中V、Nb元素分布均匀;随着回火时间延长,碳化物的尺寸逐渐增大,数量增加,回火4~10h的样品数达到最多,与硬度峰对应,同时V碳化物依次向V、Nb和V、Nb、Mo的复合碳化物转变. |

For understanding the effect of carbides precipitate process in Nb-V micro-alloyed steels on their mechanical property,Nb-V micro-alloyed steel specimens were tempered at 500 ℃ for different time after solution treatment at 1200 ℃ for 0. 5 h. The quenched specimens exhibited a highest hardness,the hardness came down fast first and went up later,then fell again with tempering time increased,a hardness peak was obtained as tempered for 4-10 h. The microstructure evolution and carbides precipitation in the specimens were characterized by three dimensional atom probe (3DAP). The results reveal that V and Nb are almost dissolved in matrix of quenched specimens. With tempering time increased,carbides grow up in size,the density of carbides goes up and reacheds the maximum as tempered for 4-10 h,corresponding to the hardness peak. During the process,the carbides translate from containing V only to containing V and Nb,more to containing V, Nb and Mo. |
