Ti、Al和TiN粉按化学计量比1:1:1配料,采用热压工艺在1300℃保温2h,30MPa压力下制备了Ti2AlN块体材料.研究了该材料在800℃,900℃和1000℃空气中的循环氧化行为.利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对氧化层的相组成,厚度以及元素含量进行了测量和分析.结果表明:Ti2AlN在空气中的循环氧化行为基本上是符合抛物线规律,氧化层的主要成分是由TiO2和α-Al2O3组成.在温度高于800℃时,氧化膜由于氧化区域的热应力过大容易脱落.Ti2AlN材料在空气中的氧化性能明显低于Ti3AlC2和Ti3SiC2材料. |

Bulk Ti2AlN material was obtained by hot pressing with the start power mixture of n(Ti):n(Al):(TiN)=1∶1∶1 under 1300 ℃,30 MPa,held for 2 hour.Cyclic oxidation behavior of Ti2AlN was investigated 800 ℃,900 ℃ and 1000 ℃.The phase composition,thickness of oxidation layer and element content of samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show cyclic oxidation behavior of Ti2AlN generally obeys a parabolic law from 800 ℃,900 ℃ and 1000 ℃.The main phases in oxidation layer consists of TiO2and α-Al2O3.When the temperature exceeds 800 ℃,the oxidation layer is easy to fall off because of a large compressive stress occurs in the oxidation scale.The oxidation behavior of Ti2AlN in air is poorer than those of Ti3AlC2and Ti3SiC2 material. |
