通过对动态注射成型聚丙烯制品进行人工加速老化,对其老化性能进行测试研究,探讨了聚丙烯制品的抗湿热老化机制.利用动态注射成型机注射成型聚丙烯制品,采用DSC等测试手段分析了稳态注射和动态注射成型的聚丙烯制品的性能特征,通过湿热老化试验(90℃,湿度为95%),对比分析了稳态注射和动态注射成型的聚丙烯制品老化期间力学性能的变化规律,利用白度仪测试了聚丙烯制品老化过程中的表面颜色变化,并采用FTIR分析了聚丙烯制品老化前后羰基含量的变化.研究表明,采用动态注射成型的聚丙烯制品,力学性能保持率均有所提高,老化60 d后,其拉伸强度保持率为46%,冲击强度保持率为54.7%,制品的颜色保持率较稳态注射成型的聚丙烯有一定的提高.因此,动态注射成型技术可以有效提高聚丙烯制品的抗湿热老化性能. |

By artificially accelerating the aging process,the effects of dynamic injection molding on the anti-hygrothermal aging properties of polypropylene products were studied and its mechanism was also discussed.The results show that,when the aging temperature is 90 ℃,and the humidity is 95%,compared with steady injection molding,the performance of the polypropylene products made by dynamic injection molding machine is improved.After 60 days of aging,the maintain rate of tensile strength of the dynamic injection molded polypropylene products is 46%,that of the impact strength is 54.7%,and that of products colors increases to some extent. |
