为提高染料敏化太阳能电池中电解液的稳定性,对凝胶电解质进行了研究.以1,2-二1甲基-3-丙基咪唑碘(DMPII)作为I-源,以3-甲氧基丙腈作为溶剂,以偏四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯聚合物(P(VDF-HFP))作为胶凝剂,N-甲基苯并咪唑作为添加剂,制备了凝胶电解质.结果表明,随着电解质中DMPII量及碘量的增加,染料敏化太阳能电池的光电转化效率呈现先增大后降低的趋势.当P(VDF-HFP)的质量分数为5%、DMPII及I2的浓度分别为0.8 mol/L及0.04 mol/L时,制备的凝胶电解质染料敏化太阳能电池光电转化效率最高,在100 mW/cm2的模拟太阳光照射下取得开路电压0.703 V,短路电流密度11.81 mA/cm2,填充因子0.618,总的光电转换效率5.13%. |

To improve the stability of electrolyte for dye-sensitized solar cells,the gel polymer electrolyte was studied.Poly(vinylidenefluoride-co-hexafluiripripylene)(P(VDF-HFP)) was employed to solidify 3-methoxypropionitrile based liquid electrolytes containing 1,2-dimethyl-3-propylimidazolium iodide(DMPII) and 1-methylbenzimidazole as iodide resource and addition respectively.The results showed that the ionic conductivity decreased with the increasing of P(VDF-HFP),and the conversion efficiency of the dye-sensitized solar cell increased first,and then deceased with the increase of DMPII and I2.When ionic electrolyte composed of 0.8 mol/L DMPII,0.04 mol/L I2,0.1mol/LLiI,0.2 mol/L 1-methylbenzimidazole and 5% P(VDF-HFP) a short circuit photocurrent density of 11.81 mA/cm2,an open circuit voltage of 0.703 V,a fill factor of 0.618 and an overall conversion efficiency of 5.13% under AM irradiation(100 mW/cm2) were observed. |
