本文通过对玄武岩连续纤维浸润剂配方的研究分析,结果表明玄武岩连续纤维的表面涂层配方对其力学性能有很大影响.其中成膜剂的组成结构直接影响玄武岩连续纤维的集束性及其与环氧树脂基体的相容性,不同的成膜剂结构使玄武岩连续纤维的断裂强力及拉伸强度差异很大.在浸润剂配方中引入阳离子型助剂有利于提高玄武岩连续纤维的集束性和断裂强力.通过优化涂层配方可使玄武岩连续纤维断裂强力达到0.62N/tex,拉伸强度达到2400MPa,远高于现有产品的技术水平. |

Exterior size coatings for basalt fiber are researched,and the study clear proves that the component of exterior coatings have important impact on the mechanical property of continuous basalt fiber.The ingredients and structure of film former has directly effect on the focus of continuous basalt fiber and the compatibility between fibers and epoxy resin matrix,and there are considerable difference in the breaking and tensile strength of basalt fibers when film former with different ingredients and structure.The introduction of cation additive to coating is beneficial to raising the focus and breaking strength of basalt fibers.The breaking strength and tensile strength of basalt fiber reach 0.62N/tex and 2400MPa respectively through optimization of size coating,and this result is higher than the technological level of existing products. |
