为了推动SnO2光催化的实际应用,采用微弧氧化工艺在锡酸盐电解液中制备了SnO2薄膜,利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、紫外-可见分光光度计对膜层的结构及光物理特性进行表征.结果表明:膜层由单一SnO2相组成,表面粗糙多孔,沉积的SnO2如树根状向四周延伸;内部致密,无孔洞,与基体结合良好.SnO2膜在紫外区吸光性能良好,光吸收截止边缘为390 nm.紫外光下照射10 h,SnO2能够降解83%罗丹明.SnO2膜的高光催化活性源于其开放的表面结构和良好的吸光性能. |

To promote the practical application of SnO2 film,the SnO2 film was prepared by microarc oxidation technique in stannate electrolyte.The structure and photophysical property of the film were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and UV-Vis spectroscopy.The results showed that the SnO2 film was pure phase,and had rough and porous surface.The deposited SnO2 showed root-like extensions.There was no pores appeared in the inner of SnO2 film and no discontinuity between the deposited film and the underlying substrate.The absorption edge of the film was about 390 nm,which presented excellent optical absorption in the UV region.About 83% of rhodanmine was removed by the SnO2 film under UV irradiation for 10 h.The high photocatalytic activity of SnO2 film was ascribed to more open surface structure and better optical absorption. |
