摘要: |
针对长纤维增强反应注射成型(LFR-RIM)工艺过程的复杂性、影响制品质量因素的多样性及制品质量评价标准不统一的问题,应用正交试验及模糊加权综合评价法研究了主要工艺参数对LFR-RIM制品综合质量(包括弯曲弹性模量、冲击韧性和翘曲变形量等)的影响,得到了最佳的成型工艺参数,即纤维含量30%、纤维长度25 mm、模具温度45℃、混合料温50℃、在模时间12 min、A料与B料配比1∶1.85,并进行了实际生产验证,结果表明,最佳工艺方案明显提高了产品的质量. |

Abstract: |
For the complexity of Long Fiber Reinforced Reaction Injection Molding(LFR-RIM) process,and the diversity of factors influencing part quality and the multiformity of quality evaluation standards,the influences of process parameters on the comprehensive quality(flexural elastic modulus,impact toughness and warpage deformation) of LFR-RIM product were studied by means of adopting orthogonal experimental method and comprehensive valuation equation of fuzzy weight.The optimized parameters were obtained and validated,i.e.the fiber content C=30%,fiber length D=25 mm,mold temperature E=45 ℃,mixture temperature F=30 ℃,the module time G=12 min,the ratio of A material and B material H=1∶ 1.85.The results showed that the optimized parameters can improve product quality and production efficiency,and reduce production costs. |
