摘要: |
为研究Nb-B复合高强度集装箱板的相变规律,研究终轧温度和轧后冷却速度对钢板组织和力学性能的影响规律以及钢板的耐腐蚀性能,利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机测定了实验钢的动态CCT曲线,在实验室轧机上进行热轧实验,并采用盐雾腐蚀试验(NSS)和周期侵蚀试验(NaHSO3)检验实验钢的腐蚀性能.结果表明:实验钢动态CCT曲线图中大部分为贝氏体转变区;轧后钢板的屈服强度为505~600 MPa,抗拉强度为720~787 MPa,延伸率在13%~22%,终轧温度和冷却速度对组织和力学性能有重要影响;实验钢在NaHSO3溶液中的腐蚀速率为0.892 g/(m2.h),在NaCl盐雾中的腐蚀速率为1.208 g/(m2.h),耐蚀性能良好. |

To study the phase transformation of high strength container plate compounded with Nb-B,the effect of finishing temperature and cooling rate on microstructure,mechanical property and corrosion resistance,the Gleeble-1500 thermomechanical simulator was used to detect dynamic CCT curves of the tested steel,the hot rolling experiments were carried out on laboratory rolling mill,and the neutral salt spray test(NSS) and alternating immersion corrosion test(NaHSO3) were performed to inspect corrosion resistance.The results show that most area of the dynamic CCT diagram is bainite phase transformation area,the yield strength is between 505 MPa and 600 MPa,the tensile strength is between 720 MPa and 787 MPa,and the elongation is between 13% and 22%.The effect of finishing temperature and cooling rate on microstructure and mechanical property is obvious.The corrosion rate in NaHSO3 solution and NaCl salt spray is 0.892 g/(m2·h) and 1.208 g/(m2·h),respectively. |
