摘要: |
为了提高注射成型过程的控制精度,研发了一种利用聚合物PVT(压力-比容-温度)关系在线控制技术,分别在制品质量重复精度、模具温度的变化、制品质量变化、模腔熔体压力和温度的变化情况等方面做了详细的分析和讨论.研究发现,这种在线控制技术利用控制熔体压力和温度关系实现了对熔体比容的控制,从而可以大幅度提高制品质量重复精度. |

Abstract: |
To improve the control accuracy of injection molding process,an on-line control technique by polymer PVT relationships was presented.Several issues,including the variation of mold temperature and its influence,the part mass repeatability and mass variation,the variation of cavity pressure and temperature,were analyzed.The specific volume control by controlling the relationship of pressure and temperature was realized by the technique,which could improve the part quality repeatability greatly. |
