采用溶液浇铸法制备了(PEO)16LiClO4-xwt.%NaY(x=0,5,8,12,15,20,35)全固态复合聚合物电解质(CPE)薄膜.通过X射线衍射技术、扫描电镜和交流阻抗方法研究了NaY对(PEO)16LiClO4电解质体系结晶度、显微组织特征与离子导电性能的影响.结果表明,添加适量NaY可通过Lewis酸-碱作用导致PEO基体的结晶度下降,同时可通过改变PEO基体的晶体形态使电解质体系中连续无定形区域面积增大.当NaY含量(质量分数)为12%时,CPE薄膜的室温离子电导率从添加前的8.382×10-6 S/cm提高到2.370×10-4 S/cm,提高了两个数量级. |

The novel solid-state CPE films of(PEO)16LiClO4-x wt.% NaY(x=0,5,8,12,15,20,35) were prepared by solution-casting technique,and the effect of NaY on the polymer electrolyte(PEO)16LiClO4 was studied by XRD diffraction technology,Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and AC impedance measurement.The results show that,by adding appropriate NaY,the microstructure of PEO crystallization is changed,and the amorphous region required for the lithium-ion transport is expanded.The highest ionic conductivity can achieve 2.370×10-4S·cm-1 at room temperature with 12 wt.% NaY content,enhancing two orders of magnitude. |
