为探索Mn含量在汽车用Q&P钢相变过程中的作用,利用热膨胀法结合金相-硬度法研究了3种不同Mn含量Q&P钢的CCT图.研究表明:Mn元素能扩大奥氏体相区,降低Ac3、Ac1、Ms和Mf点,并能够提高钢的淬透性,降低钢的临界转变速率;对于每一种成分的Q&P,随着冷却速率的增加,材料的显微硬度随之增加,超过其临界冷却速率时,将得到完全的马氏体组织;当Mn含量小于1.89%时,由于存在Mn的偏析,在低冷速下会出现铁素体、珠光体带状组织. |

Abstract: |
For the purpose of revealing the effect of manganese element on phase transformation of Q&P(Quenching and Partitioning) steel for automobile,continuous cooling transformation(CCT) diagrams of Q&P steels with three kinds of manganese contents were studied by using dilatometer,optical microscopy and microhardness measurements.The results show that manganese enlarges the austenite phase region strongly,reduces the Ac3,Ac1,Ms,Mf point,enhances the harden ability and reduces the critical transformation rate of steel.The results also reveal that the microhardness increases with the increasing of cooling rate,and the microstructure of full martensitic will be presented when the cooling rate reaches the critical rate.When manganese content in samples is less than 1.89%,banded structure of ferrite and pearlite is presented at a low cooling rate as a result of segregation of manganese. |
