为了更好地设计双陶瓷热障涂层结构,考察在制备和服役过程中热导率的变化对隔热效果的影响,建立了双陶瓷热障涂层半透明数学模型,采用有限元ANSYS软件模拟了稳态隔热效果.结果表明:顶层陶瓷层的热导率增大降低了隔热效果,且随顶层厚度增加隔热效果降低幅度增大;第2层陶瓷层的热导率增大降低了隔热效果,且随顶层厚度增加隔热效果降低幅度减小;陶瓷层半透明且衰减系数很小时,顶层厚度增加,隔热效果先快速后缓慢增加至不变甚至略有降低,且远低于相同条件下不透明时.顶层陶瓷层热导率变化对隔热效果影响大于第2层陶瓷层. |

Effect of thermal conduction on thermal insulation of double-ceramic-layer thermal barrier coatings |

To design structure of double-ceramic-layer thermal barrier coatings, the effect of conductivity of double ceramic during preparation and working on thermal insulation was considered, and the translucent mathematical model was established. Steady thermal insulation was simulated by ANSYS software. The results show that when the conductivity of top ceramic increases, thermal insulation of double-ceramic-layer thermal barrier coatings decreases. The more the thickness of top coat is, the more the thermal insulation decreases. When the conductivity of the second layer increases, the thermal insulation decreases, and as the thickness of top coat increases, the decrease value of the thermal insulation decreases. When ceramic is translucent and the extinction coefficient is very small, the thermal insulation first increases fast and then slowly, and keeps unchanging or a little reduction, but much lower than that of opaque. The change of conductivity of top ceramic layer plays a larger role than that of the second ceramic layer in thermal insulation. |
