摘要: |
为深入研究矫直过程中矫直辊辊型曲线对中厚板残余应力的变化规律,分析了新一代矫直机的典型弯辊结构,针对其中一种弯辊结构运用接触有限元软件计算了其弯辊效果,得到了从负弯到正弯等多种矫直辊辊形曲线.建立了矫直辊辊形曲线对残余应力影响的解析模型和流程,运用数值方法求解该模型.研究结果表明:弯辊量对较宽的轧件的残余应力影响不显著,即使弯辊手段用反了,残余压应力仍然可以得到一部分消减;弯辊量对较窄的轧件的残余应力影响很大,如果弯辊手段用反了,残余拉、压应力都得不到有效消减. |

Abstract:For the purpose of further studying the influence of curves of the leveling rollers shape on the residual stress of plate during the leveling process,a typical structural of the roll bending of the leveler was analyzed,and the bending effect was calculated by contact finite element software aiming at one of the structural of roll bending.Several kinds of curves of the leveling rollers shape can be obtained.The model and the changing process of residual stress were built up and solved by the numerical method.The research result can be summarized as follow:the value of roll bending has a little influence on the residual stress for the wide plate and the residual compressive stress still can be improved even though the bending method is operated in the opposite way.The value of the roll bending has a remarkable influence on the residual stress for the narrow plate and the residual stress can’t be improved well if the bending method is operated in the opposite way. |
