采用两通道夹角Φ=90°,外圆角Ψ=20°的模具,在室温,以C方式(两次挤压道次之间试样绕纵轴旋转180°)对工业纯钛进行了4道次ECAP(Equal Channel Angular Pressing)变形,成功制得表面光滑无裂纹试样,并对其力学性能和微观组织进行了检测分析.结果表明,工业纯钛经室温4道次ECAP变形后,原始晶粒细化到170nm左右,显微维氏硬度和抗拉强度分别由1792MPa、438MPa提高到2486MPa、728MPa,且保持良好的塑性,断后伸长率为21.4%. |

Abstract: |
Commercially pure titanium billets were successfully carried out by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) for 4passes via route C (the billet is rotated 180° clockwise along its longitudinal direction between adjacent passes) at room temperature using a channel angle Φ=90° and an outer curvature ψ=20° die.As-processed Ti billets were smooth and free of any visible surface cracks.The microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated.The results show that after ECAP through 4passes,the original grains are refined to about ~170nm,and there is excellent strengthening after ECAP with the microhardness increasing from 1792 MPa to 2486MPa and the ultimate tensile strength increasing from 438to 728MPa.Meanwhile,there is also reasonable ductility with an elongation to failure of 21.4%. |
