摘要: |
为改善镁合金的铸造性能,研究机械振动对AZ91镁合金充型能力的影响,并探索了不同频率的机械振动增强充型能力的影响机制.结果表明:机械振动能够显著提高镁合金的充型能力,当振动频率为50 Hz时,螺旋形试样的平均长度相较于不振动来说增加了14%左右;机械振动通过枝晶破碎、减缓黏度增大的趋势、降低沿程阻力来增强充型能力. |

Abstract: |
To improve the cast ability of magnesium alloy, the effects of mechanical vibration at different frequency on the filling ability of AZ91 magnesium alloy was investigated, and the enhancing filling ability mechanism was also analyzed. The results shows that the mechanical vibration can obviously improve filling ability of AZ91 magnesium alloy, and the average lengths of the spiral casting under vibration frequency of 50 Hz is increased by 14% compared to that of no vibration. The mechanical vibration boosts filling ability of AZ91 magnesium alloy by appending static pressure head, slowing the increase of viscosity and reducing the frictional drag. |
