为了分析熔铸工艺对DZ417G合金组织性能的影响,通过对DZ417G合金采取常规浇注(1 560 ℃高温精炼5~7 s普通定向凝固)、炉前经不同温度高温熔体过热处理后,以不同的拉晶速率定向凝固等7种不同工艺方案对其化学成分、组织及力学性能进行了研究.结果表明:合金经1 600~1 620 ℃高温熔体过热处理后,以6.0~7.0 mm/min不同的拉晶速率定向凝固,碳化物、硼化物明显变小,在晶内、晶界上呈弥散状态分布;晶界上的低熔点(SymbolgA@+SymbolgA@′)共晶组织有所减少甚至消失,晶内SymbolgA@′强化相进一步弥散、方形化,柱状晶生长状态、枝晶间咬合好,从而能获得良好的力学性能. |

Effect of smelt-casting technology on the microstructure and mechanical properties of DZ417G superalloy |

Abstract: |
To analyze the effect of casting process on the micnostructure and mechanical properties of DZ417G alloy,The chemical compositions,microstructure and mechanical properties of DZ417G super alloy produced via 7 different technologies was studied.The different technologies cover different melt treatment temperature and withdrawal rate.The results indicated that,by heating the melt in the temperature range from 1 600~1 620 ℃ with the directional solidification withdrawal rate(6.0~7.0 mm/min)the carbides and borides become fine significantly,and disperse in grains and on grain boundaries.The SymbolgA@+SymbolgA@′ eutectic structure decreases or disappear even,and the SymbolgA@′ particles in grain become more dispersed,and the shape tends to be more regular.The columnar grains are of good growth and interactive gear.Thus,favorable mechanical properties can be gained. |
