为获得较低的黏度、较好流动性以及高固相含量的陶瓷浆料,采用同轴圆筒旋转黏度计,测试了不同配方双峰级配电熔刚玉粉体浆料的表观黏度,研究了粉体粒径、颗粒形貌以及级配比例对浆料流动性和固相含量的影响规律.研究表明:粗细颗粒的大粒径比、规则球形、宽粒度分布有利于制备低黏度高固相含量的陶瓷浆料.成功制备了表观黏度仅为0.411Pas、固相含量为63%的陶瓷浆料,制备的陶瓷铸型在1300℃下的强度大于18MPa,烧成收缩率小于1%. |

Design and preparation of gel-casting ceramic slurry for gas turbine blades |

Abstract: |
To obtain the ceramic slurry with low viscosity, good fluidity and high solid content, cylinder rotating viscometer was used to measure apparent viscosity of different bimodal alumina ceramic slurry, and the influences of powder particle size, shape and grade ratio on slurry fluidity and solid content were studied. The results show that large powder particle size ratio, regular sphere and large distribution of particle size make it more convenient to fabricate ceramic slurry with low viscosity and high solid content. The ceramic slurry with apparent viscosity of 0.411Pas, solid loading of 63% was successfully prepared, which could fully fill a jet hole cooling structure with the diameter of 0.7mm. The strength of the ceramic mold is bigger than 18MPa under 1300℃,with shrinkage after sintering less than 1%. |
