摘要: |
在铸造过程中,参与铸件与铸型界面作用的氧化物组元主要有氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化铁和碱(碱土)金属氧化物(R2O或RO)等.为了深入了解组元变化对烧结的影响,作者进行了不同组元含量的一系列烧结试验.对三个考察因素:氧化铝加入量、氧化铁加入量、R2O(RO)加入量进行正交试验.正交试验结果表明,在型砂中增加氧化铝和氧化铁的含量会使烧结点温度升高,增加碱(碱土)金属氧化物(R2O或RO)的含量会使烧结点温度降低.研究表明,各种氧化物对其烧结状态都具有重要的影响,改变氧化物组元的含量可调节其烧结点,进而有可能在一定范围内控制烧结程度. |

Sintering effect of interfacial oxide component of cast and casting mold |

Abstract: |
The essential oxide components acting in the interface of cast and casting mold mainly are Silicon Oxide, Alumina, Ferric Oxide and Alkali (alkaline earth) metal Oxide, etc. Sintering experiments are conducted by changing the percentage composition of these components. Results of the orthogonal test of three factor: Alumina content, Ferric Oxide content and Alkali (alkaline earth) metal Oxide content show that the sintering point rises when increasing the percentage composition of Alumina and Ferric Oxide, but declines when increasing Alkali (alkaline earth) metal Oxide′s content. Every oxide component has important influence on the molding sand′s sintered state, and by changing their percentage composition, the molding sand could make a proper sintered result. |
