Abstract: |
To research the relationship between hydration mechanism and microstructure of autoclaved aerated-gold tailings concrete products, three samples, the hardening body(NAC), the product only by heating and cooling in the autoclaved kettle(AAC-0) and the product of autoclave constant temperature curing eight hour(AAC-8), were made. The XRD, IR and SEM patterns of those samples were compared by analyzing the changes of hydration products and microstructure. The results showed that as the process of steam curing went by, hydration products inside the body would transform from calcium-rich calcium silicate hydrates to tobermorites. Because the limitations and synchronization of the generation of tobermorites would lead to apparent stratification in the pore structures, the layer composed by tobermorites made the structure of pore into hollow rigid spheres and played a role in being skeletons and proping as “aggregate”. |
