摘要: |
为研究聚乙烯基三苯乙炔基硅烷树脂的热分解机理,利用TG-DTG技术探讨了聚乙烯基三苯乙炔基硅烷树脂的非等温热分解过程.借助非模型拟合法和模型拟合法分析了聚乙烯基三苯乙炔基硅烷树脂(PVTPES)的热分解行为,建立了动力学函数,得到了聚乙烯基三苯乙炔基硅烷树脂的热分解反应机理.结果表明,6种热分析方法计算得到PVTPES的热分解活化能(E)在240 kJ/mol左右,指前因子lg A=15.51,机理符合三维(3D)扩散控制机理.聚合物PVTPES的热分解过程分析进一步证实芳炔单体的热聚合为环三聚反应. |

Abstract: |
To investigate the decomposition mechanism of poly(vinyltri(phenylethynyl)silane)s (PVTPES), the non-isothermal thermal decomposition process of PVTPES was studied by means of xxxx (full for TG-DTG) TG-DTG technique. Combining the model fitting method and non-model fitting method, the kinetics function for thermal decomposition process was obtained. The results show that the activation energy (E) and the pre-exponential factor (lg A) are 240 kJ/mol and 15.51, respectively. The thermal decomposition reaction mechanism is consistant with the 3D diffusion control model. The decomposition process further verified the cyclotrimetration reaction of arylacetylenic monomer under thermal polymerization. |
