Abstract: |
High modulus carbon fiber composite is widely used in aerospace structural products due to its excellent properties, such as high specific stiffness, good dimension stability, ablation endurance and integrated design. The proportion of application is increased quickly. As one of critical materials, technology and strategic materials are strictly exported from developed countries. Ensuring self-supply of high modulus carbon fiber composite materials is very important for national defense and aerospace industry. In this paper, application-status and the demand of high modulus carbon fiber in domestic aerospace structural products are introduced firstly. Characteristics, preparation process, key technologies and research status are overviewed secondly. Main problems of high modulus carbon fiber development at the present stage are addressed thirdly. Suggestions to ensure self-supply are made pertinently in the final part. Keywords: high modulus carbon fiber;aerospace structural products;application-status; self-supply; suggestions |
