摘要: |
细菌纤维素是一种新型的纳米级材料,具有高吸水性、高纯度、高结晶度和良好的生物相容性.本文综述了细菌纤维素复合材料在医疗、化工以及食品包装这3个重要领域的研究现状及其代表性成果,提出了利用聚合物渗透、掺杂原子和纳米颗粒修饰等方法制备新型细菌纤维素纳米复合材料,克服单一细菌纤维素材料性能上的缺陷,为其在更多领域的应用提供了思路.

Bacterial cellulose is a kind of novel nanometer material, which has attracted more attention due to its high water-uptake capacity, purity, crystallinity and quality in biocompatibility. In this paper, the research status and representative achievements of bacterial cellulose composites in three important fields, such as medical, chemical and food packaging are reviewed. In order to overcome the performance limitations of single bacterial cellulose materials, many new types of bacterial cellulose nanocomposites were prepared by polymer penetration, doping heteroatom and nano-particle modification and other methods, which extends the applications in other areas.
