本文从超塑成形原理出发,介绍了超塑成形的过程以及超塑成形的优势;简述了国内外快速超塑成形材料制备方法、超塑成形设备和超塑成形技术在轨道交通领域的研究应用现状;提出了超塑成形民用化,尤其是在轨道交通领域推广应用尚需解决的问题.

Abstract: |
This paper mainly introduces the application of superplastic forming technology in the field of rail transportation. Based on the principle of superplastic forming, the superplastic forming process and the advantages of superplastic forming were introduced. The overseas and domestic research and application status of material preparation methods for rapid superplastic forming, superplastic forming equipment, and technology were also discussed in this paper. Finally, some unsolved problems on the popularization of the superplastic forming technology into civit use, especially in the field of rail transportation, were put forward.
