连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料(Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Composites, CFRTPCs)具有强度高、寿命长、耐腐蚀和绿色可回收等优点,广泛应用于航空航天、交通运输和高精密加工装备等领域。传统复合材料制造工艺较为复杂、生产周期长且成本较高,先进的3D打印技术可以实现复杂结构零件的快速制造,为高性能复合材料的一体化成型提供了可能。本文针对CFRTPCs的3D打印技术作了系统综述,包括3D打印原材料、CFRTPCs专用3D打印设备、3D打印工艺以及性能强化工艺,总结分析了目前面临的主要问题,对复合材料3D打印技术的进一步发展进行了展望。 |

Abstract: |
Continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites (CFRTPCs) have the advantages of high strength, long life, corrosion resistance, and green recyclability, and they have been widely used in aerospace, transportation, and high precision processing equipment. The traditional composite manufacturing process has the defects of complicated process, long production cycle, and high cost. 3D printing is an advanced additive manufacturing technology that enables the rapid manufacture of complex structural parts, making it possible to achieve the integrated manufacturing of high-performance composite materials. In this paper, the 3D printing technology of CFRTPCs is systematically reviewed, including the raw materials of 3D printing, the special equipment for 3D printing of CFRTPCs, the process of 3D printing, and the performance enhancing process for 3D-printed CFRTPCs. The current problems are summarized and analyzed, and the prospect for the further development of 3D printing technology of CFRTPCs is given. |
